  • Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

⏱️ Delivery Times

5 to 15 business days after processing.

Our products ship directly from our international fulfillment partners, that's how we keep quality high and shipping free on every order.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control (carriers, customs, weather).

❗ Delivery Issues

If your order hasn't arrived after the estimated delivery time:

  • We'll find a quick solution, a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
  • In accordance with Quebec's Consumer Protection Act, if your order isn't delivered within 30 days of the expected date, you may request cancellation and a full refund.
